Detailed Inspections, Friendly Service, Total Peace of Mind

Hi, my name is Amroh. I’m a licensed home inspector in Edmonton, Alberta. I inspect homes and write reports about their condition so you can make the right decisions. Whether you’re getting ready to buy, sell, build, renovate or just wanna maintain your home, a home inspection can set you on the right track.

To get an inspection done, just request a quote. I’ll reach out and book a time that works best for you. On inspection day, I’ll come over, look around the home, test its various systems for repairs, function and safety, then write a report. When it’s ready in 24-48 hours, I’ll be available to walk you through the findings, investigations, and follow up visits, as needed.

The inspection report is not just a repair list; it is full of photos, videos and helps you negotiate price, set expectations, ask the right questions, or walk away from bad deals, and sometimes, even save lives, literally!

I also offer a buy-back program. Did I miss something that I should have caught? Then, my association is buying your home! Terms and conditions apply, which you can view here.

That’s all for now. If you have any questions, drop me a line here. Thank you and talk soon.
